This is a workshop for boys and girls where they train to be fully present using creativity and Mindfulness tools with the goal that they can develop habits of emotional self-control, listening, self-care and cooperativity.
The sessions are based on play and intend to develop a taste for reading, develop communication and listening skills and awaken students' interest in learning and listening to new stories. In addition, students will be exposed to identifying typography, textures, illustrations and themes in books and doing creative activities using narrated stories and they should become motivated to visit a library.
This workshop is aimed at boys and girls. Through a range of choreography and movement exercises, it introduces different styles of urban dance (hip hop, popping, locking, breakin’). Special attention will be paid to overcoming stereotypical sexist roles that tend to permeate this kind of music.
This activity is for students starting at 2nd grade of early childhood school. Students will get contact with the Basque language through fundamentally oral activities including songs, games, theatre and role playing where they will learn vocabulary and structures appropriate for their age.
